I called Ideal Dental and immediately Stephanie got me in as soon as possible! She was so genuine and transparent that’s hard to find now and days. Stephanie helped me out with the best financial solution to end my miserable tooth pain. That same day the dentist and amazing dental staff performed my procedure! Marissa the dental assistance was so kind and reassuring. She made sure I was comfortable and educated me on the procedure. The dentist and assistance did such a great job! The service here is excellent. They make sure everything is super clean.The staff is so friendly they we’re gentle when working on me and they made sure I was comfortable with all procedures. I have always been a nervous wreck when getting dental work done but Catelynn,Charmy, Dr.Bui and Dr.Byrd definitely made me feel safe and they took their time completing my dental work. I highly recommend this location. They genuinely care for their patients.Tiffany at front desk was very attentive and she provided me with all financial information prior to getting work done.They all answered my questions and in a profesional manner. I will definitely be coming back.

Dr. Brady and his staff is awesome. I had a root canal done there. I was able to go there early and get it done quicker than I thought. He did a solid job too. The reason for the 4 star vs 5 star is because. They maybe really good no doubt about that but I feel at times they aren’t reliable to even schedule an appointment. I don’t want to be forwarded to an ideal dental in San Marcos or shertz. This is your office you are there for a reason. But overall Dr Brady and staff are good.

Just went to the dentist for the first time in about 8 years. Mainly because I have horrible anxiety from a bad dental experience. I came here and the staff was great. The hygienist was super sweet and gentle. I had to have two teeth extracted, which is not fun. But the dentist, forgot his name ? was awesome. He told me everything he was doing and why, before he did it. Very important! He made sure I was as comfortable as I could be, in that situation. He was actually very pretty also. So that helped. Very clean office and great staff. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

After finding out that my mom needed more than just a routine check-up, Lindsay went above and beyond to ensure that she was taken care of. Lindsay kept us informed on what procedures were needed and she was also able to patiently explain all of our financing plan options. She really made what could’ve been a stressful situation go smoothly!
