Great service quick check in and seating in chair. I was stuck in traffic and called them and they waited. Grate 15 minute grace period. Even after grace period expired they got me in. Office is clean and modern. The dental assistant was friendly and made me comfortable. The dentist saw me quickly and had me issue identified pretty quickly. They offered a treatment plan and for having to wait 5 extra minutes for surgeons availability they waived my exam fee!! If recommend them this far. I’ll give another review or modify after treatment. So far they’ve aced it.

I was recently in town for a business conference and forgot my mouth guard. I woke up to a snapped front tooth which was absolutely horrible. I called Ideal Dental on a long shot to see if they had availability – literally within 2 hours I was back at the conference with everything fixed. I spent a lot of time trying to decide between different dentist offices for my wife and I and finally chose this one and I’m definitely glad I did. Right off the bat the receptionist checked my wife in and was even able to help me figure out my insurance after having some problems which was SO SO helpful!! My wife and I came for initial exams and the whole process was so quick and all the ladies in the office made sure to explain everything every step of the way. Honestly I’m personally just so thankful for everyone in the office today because my wife hadn’t been to a dentist in many years and was nervous but everyone made her feel comfortable which was the most important thing for me. Overall really happy with our visit today and the fact that there wasn’t any ridiculous wait time is a huge plus!!

Do you have white coat syndrome? Have you put off going to the dentist out of fear? Trust me, give ideal dental a shot. Great staff and I never felt a thing. I avoided the dentist for over a decade. I knew I needed lots of work and just didn’t want to go through with it. I finally went in and I am so happy I did. From the first appointment everyone was professional, super nice, and extremely accommodating. They gave me a list of what needed to be done and a suggested treatment plan but let me decide what was done when. I never felt pressured or like I was getting a dales pitch. Wanting to get it all over with they worked on my for over 4 hours one day. I was so tha kful to have a dentist that listened to me and was willing to work on my schedule. They were very aware of my comfort level and tolerance. I never felt a thing. They even removed bits of an old retainer that had been glued in but broken and non functional for about 20 years. It feels great to have healthy teeth again and it was easy to get there thanks to the amazing staff. I highly recommend especially if you’ve had a negative experience elsewhere.
