Do you have white coat syndrome? Have you put off going to the dentist out of fear? Trust me, give ideal dental a shot. Great staff and I never felt a thing. I avoided the dentist for over a decade. I knew I needed lots of work and just didn’t want to go through with it. I finally went in and I am so happy I did. From the first appointment everyone was professional, super nice, and extremely accommodating. They gave me a list of what needed to be done and a suggested treatment plan but let me decide what was done when. I never felt pressured or like I was getting a dales pitch. Wanting to get it all over with they worked on my for over 4 hours one day. I was so tha kful to have a dentist that listened to me and was willing to work on my schedule. They were very aware of my comfort level and tolerance. I never felt a thing. They even removed bits of an old retainer that had been glued in but broken and non functional for about 20 years. It feels great to have healthy teeth again and it was easy to get there thanks to the amazing staff. I highly recommend especially if you’ve had a negative experience elsewhere.

I absolutely love this Dental Practice. I had overwhelming dentist phobia which kept me from visiting one for over a decade. They treated me with compassion and empathy, no one made me feel negatively about the time it had been, and they made sure that I was comfortable and had enough laughing gas(which was Super reasonable pricing.I was shocked how low it was ) to be able to go through a few thousand dollars worth of work. My first visit was Dec 10th 2021 and it’s Feb 8th 2022.. their professionalism and care got me to come back for every follow up visit. My teeth are healthy now, and my gums are pink instead of red. Quick and effective results from just following their aftercare instructions!!! If I could give more stars, I would.

I did not go to the dentist for over six years because of a negative experience I had. I was quite nervous going to my appointment at ideal dental Addison, but the second I walked in, all of my nerves went away. Every single person that works in that office has incredible customer service, and makes you feel comfortable to the -nth degree. The office is inviting and warm. After putting off some dental treatment for quite a while, and then not going to the dentist for two years due to Covid, my daugter and I finally took our chances and picked Dr. Nguyen at Ideal Dental in Kyle. We could not be happier with our experiences. From the front desk, to the dental hygenist, to the dentist, they went out of their way to make us feel so comfortable and at ease. This was my first appointment with Ideal dental and here are my thoughts. There were documents to complete prior to the appointment, and this wasn’t noticed upon check-in. So we as we’re 15 minutes into getting X-rays done, I am told to stop everything and complete the forms through my phone. Not a problem, it took less than 10 minutes to get all 16 docs. By this point however, the dentist is ready to finish with her part of the check up and we begin the inspection on dirty teeth. So now we’re working backwards here and as weird as it is, the dentist addresses my teeth concerns, we come up with a plan and that was that.
The hygienist then begins the cleaning that was less than subpar. She is either new or in unfamiliar territory and clunks through the whole cleaning. We finish in 5 minutes and I’m off to check out.
I also wasn’t given any goodies (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) like I’m used to. Overall, it was the most clunky appointment of my life. Very frazzled, very rushed and just average. For being in a prime central Austin location, I’m going to need better service from the staff (not the dentist herself).

They were very conscientious about whether or not I was feeling any pain during the examination and cleaning of my teeth.
