This dental office is amazing. The front desk girl name Nancy is very professional and very nice girl. The manager comes out to greet customers she’s so nice. The doctor is a very nice lady too. Basically everyone in here are so great. This is definitely going to be my dental office for me and my children.

110% would recommend to anyone and everyone I know. The staff was incredibly helpful and fast. I had a mix up with insurance that was in the process of being resolved and the front staff was able to help me navigate being able to get seen while my coverage was being resolved. The dentist and assistant were fast and gentle. The dentist explained every in a very easy to understand way. If you have any dental issues this is the place to go.

Everyone from staff, to assistants, to the dentists are super friendly. I had a root canal today and suffer from some dental anxiety. Everyone set me at ease. I cannot recommend Ideal Dental on Oak Run enough!

I haven’t been to the dentist in 4 years bc of my past experience with other dentists and I have been terrified since, today I was forced to go due to a pain I had, my mom referred me to this place…..AN MY MOMMA WAS RIGHT….THIS DOCTOR WAS AMAZING!! She was gentle, caring and the best of all, SHE TOOK HER TIME!! The staff made me feel confortable and the doctor made sure that I was ok by constantly asking me during my procedure if I was ok!

My daughter came in for Pediarric Oral surgery today. Everyone was very patient and helpful. From billing, the hygienist, and Dr. Ali. They really took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions as well as help my daughter feel comfortable. The staff here is amazing. I’m terrified of dentists, and the staff was very reassuring and promised this experience would be different. Y’all they kept all their promises!! It took longer to get numbed than it took the dentist to do my procedure, and he chatted with me and made sure I wasn’t having any breakthrough pain during the procedure. I finally found a dentist office who cares about me and listens without being dismissive or demeaning!

After awful previous dental experiences, I met Dr. Chung. She is so sweet, patient and understanding. She takes the time to explain procedures and makes sure I feel comfortable. Brenda is really good at explaining benefits and very informative. Kenya (sorry if misspelled) Dr. Chung’s dental assistant is also very helpful and patient with me. Never had a bad encounter with her or any of the staff. Thank you all for helping us that suffer with dental anxiety.

Went in for cleaning after NOT being at a dentist office in two years. Got full set of x-rays, doctor visit and exam followed by a deep root cleaning. Numbing cream and numbing injections made deep root cleaning as pain free as possible. DrChung did the cleaning herself which is the first time a doctor did the actual cleaning herself instead of a hygienist. DrChung is the best, always asking if I were ok and went into detail about everything. She also answered ALL of my questions.

I was just at the office. The staff was amazing. From checking in to the xray tech, the dentist, the hygienist and Nancy the manager. They all explained very well everything they were going to be doing during my exam and cleaning. They recommended I get a cancer screening. Not expensive and very good in the long run.
They scheduled my next cleaning, and some treatment that I need. Schedule is very flexible for us that work.

I was seen by Dr. Nicholson, who is very personable. He quickly assessed my teeth and cleaned them without the usual pain I had felt in the past, it was quick and painless. His DA, was extremely nice. I actually enjoyed my visit with Ideal Dental.
