I recently move to the Dallas area from Austin. My daughter recommended Ideal Dental. I am so glad that she did! The staff is friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Today Dr. Uma prepared two teeth for crowns. She and her assistant were fabulous. The office is well appointed and appears to have state of the art equipement. 5 stars in all areas!

An uncomfortable situation…made comfortable is how I will sum up my experience with Ideal Dental Garland. Quite honestly, I dread going to the dentist for any reason – but, I do go because I know it’s necessary for my health. What makes this experience a little more comfortable, and a little less dreaded is the staff at Ideal Dental Garland.
The ladies in the office are always so sweet and professional regardless, if you’re calling or if you’re there in person. I think I’ve met them all by now, including the lady that does the accounting in the back! Dr. Thomas is young and like a breath of fresh air! She’s a good dentist with a gentle hand. I really like all of the dental assistants and the rest of the staff, too. I think you’ll be made to feel both welcome and at ease – my family and I have been going here for years! I hope it works out for you as well as it does for us!

I absolutely loved my experience here! The whole staff is so kind and caring. Miss Deb is such a sweet lady and thoroughly knows the ins and outs of getting new patients set up for their dental care. Dr. Mikheil is absolutely brilliant and positively charismatic. He is the epitomy of efficiency. Miss Felicia is a pro when it comes to time management, making sure to all take the time needed to go over every detail and answer any questions. She does all this while making you feel genuinely cared for. Andrea is upbeat, compassionate, and driven to do what is necessary for each patient, and does so at the highest level. I have visited several Ideal Dental locations for my family over the years. I love them all but Denton Crossing is probably on of my favorites and where I feel most at home and comfortable. I am ALWAYS greeted with a huge smile from both Tori and Mary as well as the hygienists and Dr. Nicholson. They even come around and give me a hug and it’s so special to me. I mean how often do you actually look forward to coming to the dentist? I definitely do when I am going to Denton Crossing. I had to have a deep cleaning and I was very thoroughly educated on why it was needed, I was shown x-rays and pictures and all of my questions and concerns were answered with patience and kindness. They also explained my insurance benefits in great detail and worked with me regarding pricing. When I went for my 3 mos followup, I shared that I saw the importance and need for the deep cleaning because my gums completely stopped bleeding while brushing every day. Dr. Nicholson is absolutely incredible and extremely knowledgeable. He also has a great chairside manner.

I came here to get a second opinion after experiencing tooth pain for MONTHS because my initial dentist told me everything looked fine. The Dr. immediately noticed high points in some cavity fillings I got and shaved them down. He was super knowledgeable, understanding and so willing to help.
The experience here from the front desk check in, to the dental assistant, to the dentist himself was amazing. Everyone was so sweet and helpful & the environment felt clean and professional. I couldn’t recommend this place more! I will definitely be back and will make this place my primary for any dental work. (:

I found this dentist last year and I can honestly say it has been the best one I have been to since I was a child. Dr. E and the staff there are compassionate and understanding and make sure you know your options pertaining to treatments. They get you in and out with little to no wait. The lady that runs the insurance (don’t know name) is also very awesome she always breaks down into detail what prices are and what my insurance pays and what I have to if needed. They also work with you on payment plans which was a bonus for me. Overall a great team and keep up the great work!

I was neverous about going to the dentist but the team eased my anxiety. Talking to miss Sasha is always calming before actually seeing the doctor, and might I add, Dr Umar is really good. She ensures that I’m comfortable during every procedure. She did an amazing job on my fillings and cleanings! Very nice people! Highly Recommend 👍🏽

Best dental experience ever!
I had to get a tooth pulled a few months ago at a different Ideal Dental location, and came to the Hurst location to have an implant placed to replace that missing tooth. I didn’t get any sleep (rest) the night before my appointment because I was worried about the pain I’d feel during the procedure and post procedure pain… let me just say… I felt absolutely no pain. The office staff was very warm, welcoming and pleasant from the moment I walked in, throughout the entire procedure. I didn’t need any pain meds after and Dr Potluri called me the day after to check on me… not many Dr’s actually do that after they’ve taken your money. But what a great experience all around. It has been 2 weeks now and I actually looking forward to going back into the office to get the step completed.
I must shout out the assistants as well… Saul and Adrianna… they asked me during me entire procedure how I was doing.
Please count on this team for your dental needs, no matter how small or large your dental needs are.. #IdealDentalHurstRocks -
