Dentist was great! He showed me what he was doing with my filling, showed me my before and after and was polite through the whole filling process. The billing though, I was stuck with a $60 bill because they took more pictures then allowed by my insurance and I was given the option to agree to the fee for all the extra PA ex rays taken.

The staff here are amazing, they’ve really helped me in the last few years. I got a partial today and it looks so natural. Everyone is so friendly, I’ve been nervous and they’ve always calmed me down, always making sure I am okay and comfortable. They’re also open on Saturday and are very accommodating, which is a huge plus for a 9-5 worker like me. Thank you ladies!

I had prep for two crowns done today. The doctor and the assistants were all very attentive and made the experience surprisingly good. Very high tech equipment, too. And the doctor checked and double checked to make sure which two teeth I needed crowned. I highly recommend Ideal Dental in Cedar Hill.

We love this dentist office. The staff is amazing. Ortho and dental. My son was so nervous having to get braces and they were so kind and sweet with him. Working with him and his comfort level. I really appreciated them for that. Happy to have found this place.

I’ve been visiting Ideal dental for a little bit more than 7 years, it use to have another name, but most of the staff it’s the same, all I can say is they’re amazing, Dr. Uma Shenine it’s the sweetest doctor I have ever met, I’m always nervous and paid extra for gas and I didn’t this time and I really didn’t need it, she did 3 tooth and it was so quick and making funny stories all the time and I was so relaxed. I also do Ortho here and the Orthodontic Dr. it’s wonderful!!! If you need a safe place to take care or your Oral this is the place!!!

Although there have been many changes at this office/location, I’d like to give huge kudos to Savannah and Sonny for their wonderful customer service. They continuously go over and beyond to fulfill my requests. They continously aim to please their clients at their office at any given time. Nothing but great things about this dentist office. Started off with Hilda at the front desk taking amazing care of me and getting me checked in ready for my appointment. Debora and Dr Thomas took excellent care of me from there. Got 2 crowns and I didn’t have to back up the Brinks truck.

I’m a first time mom . My babygirl is 2 years old & just had her first dentist appointment . Everybody from the receptionist to the dentist was very comforting not just to my child but me .
