The staff is wonderful and very attentive. They are knowledgeable and accommodating as well. If you need to be seen on a certain day or date range, they will work with you to get you in if at all possible. The customer service is exceptional and everyone in the office is very friendly. I have had some negative experiences with other dental offices, but have never had issues here. Highly recommend!

OH MY GOODNESS!! This office has the most amazing staff. From the front office to the back staff, every single employee made me feel welcome and comfortable. The two assistants in the back Dana and Nicole..they were so cheerful and well versed in educating me in my treatment. Dr.Pinckney is so gentle and made my dental experience super easy. Teresa the hygienist left my teeth feeling so clean and fresh! She also gave me some great tips on keeping my oral hygiene in check. They are such a clean office and use all the latest tech to ensure you have the best dental experience possible! Will definitely be coming back here for any future work. I love my new dental family!!

I had a broken tooth that needed attention. I called at about 10 and they got me in at 11. So kind to do that. Crown prep and temporary were in place in no time at all. Evon was so understanding as well as the Dentist with my situation of the past year. The care goes all the way from front desk to the chair. I am so grateful to have found this little gem of a place. Dr. Aguirre and his staff offer great customer service and will do what it takes to make sure their patients leave with an even brighter smile than before. His assistant Zhona, where do I begin? She is an absolute doll filled with positive energy. I honestly never enjoyed going to the dentist until I found this place. With all the fun and laughter I experience, I will continue to make the drive from Dallas as they are all worth it! Give them a chance and you too can have all the fun and giggles with Zhona, Dr. Aguirre and Royale. Oh and don’t forget, they do offer teeth whitening 😉

Ideal Dental is a fairly new practice I discovered when looking for a viable dentist who takes my insurance. The staff at Ideal Dental are professional, courteous, and personable. Dr. Cyriac is direct, thorough, knowledgeable, and articulate. He clearly explained my options for treating my ailment and did not suggest “add-on” treatments I don’t need. As I had yet to establish a regular dentist since arriving in Tampa 18 months ago, I can now say my search is over and I’m happy to be an Ideal Dental client.

I can’t say enough how great and professional everyone in the building was. From the friendly women at the front desk, the wonderful doctor, to the amazingly patient woman assisting the doc. I don’t remember everyone’s name, but I recommend everyone use this office. They handle you with care! The pain that I was in was unbelievable and Dr Ayyash helped me immediately. After years of avoiding the dentist unless absolutely necessary due to past trauma/dental anxiety, I’m SO happy to say I’ve found a place I love!
Dr. Amin and staff (especially manager Carolyn) have gone above and beyond to make each visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I’m a big baby when it comes to anything dental, and now don’t even need to *medicate* beforehand (whereas before I needed major help, even for a cleaning).
I’ve even had my toddler in for her first 2 dental check ups, and they were fantastic with her!
I’ve been going there for over a year and a half now and will absolutely continue to do so. -
