The staff was SO sweet and helpful. I have a fear of the dentist but they kept me calm and reassured me that I was going to be okay. Such a great team. They were professional, made sure I was comfortable, and they made sure that I understood what was going to take place which helped with my anxiety. The oral surgeon (Dr. Breig) was great! This was my 1st visit. Everyone was very kind, and gentle. I’ve had more negative experiences with dentists, so I’m super paranoid, and fearful. But they made me feel like I was in safe hands. And the dentist was the most sincerely friendly dentist ever. I got nothing but good vibes from everyone here.

My kids have been going here for years. I had to change dentist, so I gave Ideal a try. Great Great experience. From scheduling the appointments. Front desk were awesome (Sara) made my appointments talk to me explained everything went over insurance and prices very pleasant. Dr. Emma very nice talked to me explained and got my cleaning done. Most of the hygienist(James) was super comforting very detailed explained as he went along made me super comfortable I hate going to the dentist and he made it a very peaceful comforting experience. Definitely a great experience and will be here for now on. THANK YOU ALL…..See you all Friday for my 3 kids appointments all in one day AWESOME!!!

First, they have all their forms online which saves a bunch of time. Second, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Third, they have the latest technology for assessing the proper oral care. Fourth, they don’t pressure you into doing unnecessary or elective procedures. Lastly and most important, the dentist is very patient and makes sure that all questions are answered before doing any work. We have come across a lot of pushy dishonest work in this area, however Ideal Dental is top notch.

Very friendly staff. Dentist always remembers me even when I don’t come in for 6 months. One thing that could be better is to receive a call stating what my appointment is for. They do send appointment reminders via text and email but that only covers date and time. Overall I really like this place and the pricing for things not covered by insurance seem pretty fair.

I just wrapped up my visit with Dr. Cyriac, Tiara, and the rest of team at Ideal Dental. This was the first time I laughed out loud in a dentist’s office and was happy with the time I spent not only with the dentist, but with the team he surrounds himself with. Dr. Cyriac is VERY lucky to be surrounded by so many happy faces. I was greeted by the front desk who helped me quickly get situated. My wait time was non-existent and I was treated with kindness and friendless the entire time I was there. At the end, Dr. Cyriac walked me through all my takeaways before my next visit. I learned so much and I’m certainly going to come back! Highly recommend!

Great dentist office. My visit yesterday was perfect. Although I hate going to the dentist (I have a phobia) the Registered dental hygienist was very patient with me and informed me of everything she was doing while cleaning my teeth and she was very professional!!! The dental assistant was very nice and attentive as well . She took great X-rays without causing me any pain. My overall experience was GREAT and I wound definitely recommend IDEAL Dental in Mxkinney

It was my first time doing a dental procedure in 16 years. I was actively seeking a location that offered nitrogen gas because I was afraid of needles after a bad experience. At the end of it all, I ended up not using the gas and just having the needle. I had a great experience from the moment I stepped in to the moment I left. I highly recommend it to anyone who is afraid to please try it. The staff is extremely friendly, and they made me feel comfortable. The doctor is amazing. Thank you for helping me!

This is an excellent practice. Clean, contemporary office – they send text reminders and all the good stuff you’d expect from a modern dental office. I particularly like that they didn’t try to parley my first visit for a cleaning into 3 separate visits like so many practices around here seem to do. One visit, got a good cleaning, they took care of a small cavity AND fit me for night guards for grinding. Very happy with that. I’m a notoriously bad dental patient, basically a big baby, and they did great with me. The people were all super pleasant (and patient). Dr. Cyriac was quick and efficient, and seems really knowledgeable. I’m squeamish and that was the most comfortable work I’ve ever had done. The girls, Haylee & Tiarra, we’re both great too – friendly, and clearly good at what they do. I plan to hang on to this practice, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Can’t say enough positive things about this place. I’m extremely hesitant and nervous when it comes to dental work, which has lead me to not go to the dentist at all. Well that and the embarrassment about the shape my teether were in.. anyway, I was at a point where I really needed to go, so my hubby called and made an appointment here.
The office staff was amazing. They made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. Everyone was so understanding and kind. They all made me feel way less embarrassed about the state of my teeth. Super glad hubby found this place and definitely will be going back. -

Very pleased with my recent dental experience with Dr. Hernandez. I went in for cleaning and required a couple of fillings. During the process Dr. Hernandez fixed my front tooth to make it even with the others. This made a positive change to my smile. Always doing a great job. Dr Lee and the staff. All the Doctors at Ideal Dental in Cibolo are great. Dr Lee fixed a crown ? that was messed up from another dentist. The tooth was hurting for weeks and ever since he fixed it I haven’t had any problems or pain. He is like a wizard. Thank you all!
