I am a 80 year old senior citizen who needed to get my molar tooth extracted. The extraction was tough and had to be removed piece by piece since the tooth was fragile. Dr Rohan George did a great job and handled it delicately and with great skill and patience. He and his entire staff made me feel comfortable and I did not feel any anxiety or pain and was relaxed and at peace during the entire operation. I would strongly recommend Dr Rohan George and his team at Ideal Dental for all your dental needs and concerns. They will treat you with the utmost care and patience. My boyfriend and I have been a patient at this office for almost 4 years and we look forward to our visits. It’s a nice, clean, intimate office. I love going places where the staff knows your name and make you the priority.
. The support staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Christopher Herrera, is our dentist and he has great chair side manners, gentle and thorough. Between the both of us, we ‘ve had alot of services that they provide and there is never a fear that we don’t want to come back, because we feel great after leaving the office. We’ve had our cleanings, crowns and tooth fillings. This is a great office and the team makes it better.

I can tell everybody who works here cares about me and takes time to understand my concerns and give full explanations and recommendations. They are always able to quickly fit me in the schedule for urgent issues. The facility is always clean and seems updated on the latest dental technology. I needed a new dentist, the reviews really helped me to choose. I have not gotten all my work done yet. From the moment I walked all staff were super nice . They didn’t give me a lecture, that’s the whole reason why I was there. I am really a big baby and honestly do not like going.
The Doctor was sweet and understanding, I go back in for more work.
I am happy I was able to find this office so much that when I am done, my daughter will be getting braces there as well. -

THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE! Dr. Seirki and her staff made me feel like family, very friendly environment! Booking an appointment was seamless and the reception team is absolutely amazing, and they were able to get me in as a new patient quickly with their flexible appointment availability. The dental hygienists and the staff are highly-trained, efficient and really take their time cleaning your teeth. I never felt rush.
DR. SEIRKI IS A PHENOMENAL DENTIST! Very thorough and personable, comes highly educated, with the dental expertise to match. Before we started on my teeth, she listened to my concerns, asked me what type of care I wanted to received, reviewed my scans with me and involved my input in every step of the care experience. I have some problem areas I wanted to correct and I am starting my Invisalign journey with her as well! I am so glad I was recommended to this office

I had the BEST experience at Ideal Dental Waterside. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 20 years. Terrified was an understatement. I set up my appt through their text option. Oddly enough that did take a lot of the stress out of getting it done. I showed up for my appt ahead of time and from entrance to exit I was in the best of care. The receptionist, the assistants, the dentist were all SO wonderful. Encouraging, kind, just plain wonderful. I knew I needed a lot of work. There was no judgment, they went to work! Put a plan into action and started my treatment same day. If you need work done or your just scared of seeing a dentist- book with Ideal Dental Waterside. They are top notch.

Lovely and encouraging! Dr. Seriki was wonderful and even though my procedure was more involved than I would have ever guessed, she gave me progress reports and encouraged me throughout.
I hadn’t been to get a checkup in over a year because of COVID. Finally going was important too, and everyone took the safety protocols seriously. For the first time in my life, I’m looking forward to going back. Thank you to the whole team for their care. -

Love this place Dr.Phan is amazing great work attention to detail is impeccable. I had given up on dentist all together after my previous one meesed up.
