Greatest experience so far, everyone was so kind. The assistants Kayle and Wanda were very attentive while taking me to the back and having my x-rays taken. The front office ladies were very wonderful to me since the moment we were on the phone making the appointment with Aaliyah, and Fabiana making my next appointment. Of course the Doctor was the best she was super sweet and explained everything in detail.

The doctor introduced herself and gave me a full assessment of the state of my teeth. She reviewed my care plan and broke it up into manageable chunks for me. Today I had a deep cleaning and she checked in frequently for pain. She gave plenty resting points for my mouth to close so that I was comfortable. The hygienist was patient and kind finishing up my rinse service and flossing. I can feel and see the difference and can’t wait to see my teeth after the care plan is complete.

I’m in my 40’s and going to the dentist causes a lot of anxiety. I have attended other clinics where I’m treated like a number, not a person. I put off getting work done and ended up with the worst toothache of my life… on a Saturday morning… right before Memorial Day! I called 8 or 9 dentists (all were closed) before reaching Ideal. The receptionist I spoke with was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She was able to get me in within 2 hours of my call! They put me at ease as soon as I arrived. The dentist was so empathetic about my situation and amount of pain. Not only did she prescribe some powerful antibiotics, she injected numbing to give me some relief until the antibiotics started working. Talk about going above and beyond! I was having an issue with my insurance and they allowed me to use an online promotion for new patients. I only had to pay $39 which is unheard of! Since my initial visit, I have had 3 additional visits to continue my treatment plan. Everyone on staff is kind, friendly, helpful, and makes me want to come back. The office is conveniently located, clean, and bright. Ideal has all the latest technology and offers a wide range of treatments/services. The front desk does an amazing job of explaining costs, insurance, and treatment plans. I am so happy and relieved to have discovered this facility. If you are like me and terrified of the dentist or just need a dentist, I highly recommend Ideal Dental. They will take great care of you and treat you the way you want to be treated.

5 Star and here’s why… I came in today with no insurance, Need a tooth pulled and was in agonizing pain. Google search and $39 new patient visit sounded good, so I booked appt online. The Service was Great and The Dentist was so kind and gentle, This is my First and ONLY positive experience with a Dentist. If I had to give one negative it would be the price. But even then they offer payment plans. If you ever need a tooth pulled in emergency go here you’ll thank me. They don’t yank or pull real hard or make you cry. He gave me the needle shot so good I barely felt a thing. In and out 21/2 hours

If I could give more than five stars then I would! This was the BEST visit to a dentist I’ve ever had! The wait to be seen was very short. Everyone was very kind and welcoming! I had to get my tooth pulled and I was very nervous about any potential pain due to past experiences with other dentist. However the entire process was 100% pain free and quicker than I had anticipated. Every person that I talked to had great bedside manner! I feel very comfortable to go back again for regular cleanings! Definitely recommending this office to my family and friends!
