I went in for a tooth extraction. Great front staff very friendly and explained my insurance and cost thoroughly. There was a visiting dentist he was awesome and very concerned about my pain and discomfort. He numbed me up and pulled the tooth slow and there was no breakage or pain. It is always hassle free when I use Ideal dental.

I had a really lovely experience at this location. I’m always a bit distrusting and anxious at the dentist, but all my fears were gone after a few minutes. The front desk ladies are awesome and welcoming, they very kindly answered all my questions prior to my visit on the phone. The phone call was painless and reassuring which is helpful. I went with my partner and they made it super easy for us both, working with our care plan to knock out more than was expected. Not a bad issue to have! I was surprised at how candid the doctor was in her approach. She was kind and thorough and I liked that I finally got a good understanding of my dental health and its components. When I went back for another quick cleaning, the new doctor handling my gums was super cool. She seemed younger and chatted amicably while working on my mouth. I was tickled by everyone’s kindness. They might not realize it but the bedside manner there is extremely important to easing anxiety, and they are exceptional at it! ❤️ I cried a bit the first visit because I was scared of the seriousness of it all, but a kind technician gave me a hug and reassured me. It felt like I was family and that matters to me. Aside from phenomenal patient care, the prices weren’t crazy with my insurance. Plus they laid it all out on paper before doing anything and broke down the pricing. When I was low on money to pay for the whole care treatment plan, they helped me break it into sessions. They didn’t seem fazed by my lack of funds at the time of my appointment, and didn’t judge me in the slightest. Some places aren’t nice like that and I’m so grateful they understand, inflation is knocking me out lately. Lastly before I write a whole essay, I appreciated the updated equipment and technology they used. There was a tongue guard that was new to me but helped me ensure smooth breathing the whole time, and finally I had a place to rest my tongue! I never know what to do with it otherwise! Thank you to the team of Ideal Dental at Buckhead, you’re all shining stars in your own way and I’m thankful to have found you! P.S. I’ve been in businesses before where you can sense the negative energy amongst coworkers….. You guys have none of that mess! Pure positivity and teamwork was exuded by everyone. It’s really nice to be in a work space and know that the staff are happy and working together. *Chef’s kiss*

This is a real honest review, the office was brand new, and very nice , plenty of parking, state of the art facility. When I check in they took me right in the back. I can’t stand sitting in a Dr lobby for 30 minutes after a set appoinment. The Dr came in to the operating room, gave me his suggestion, and I said “let’s do it”, and they didn’t try to up sell me, on something I didn’t need like most Dentist in Winter Park. He was very gentle, and worked on me for 2 straight hours. That’s why I gave him a 5 star reveiw.!

Dr. Voissem and his staff are amazing. They are very respectful. I got a cleaning done the first time I went and it went very well. They took X-rays on my teeth and Dr. Voissem sat down and explained everything and what we needed to do in the future. Second visit I went in for fillings. I was a little skeptical but they said it’s nothing too major and it won’t take long. They did my fillings within 30-40 minutes absolutely painless. Everything went well. Overall, the Doctor and staff are super sweet, welcoming and respectful.
