This was my very first time in this office and with ideal dental I have known dentist their Dr. Adam Randazzo for about a year and a half, and my experience in this office was phenomenal. I did not have any problems. I called this office after my regular dentist told me it would be a 7 month wait. It was fate because they had an appointment the same day and I was there within 30 minutes. Dr. G was super sweet, knowledgeable and worked quickly (she did my cancer screening, cleaning and 4 fillings in 30min), Kiyoshia the LDA was great at explaining everything as the appointment went along, and my girl D at the front is my new bestie. Whole team is 10/10 would recommend!

I was skeptical at 1 st like any new place. I had cavity and they fit me in same day.
I never expected that ! but im so glad I started feel hopeful about my situation and mouth issuse. I wouldn’t be able wait much longer to fix , or coulda wrosen ,I love options and payment plans without those I wouldn’t of been able fix my teethonly complain is the whole process toke almost 4 hours i wish they would engaged better on one person at time instead hoping around toke most my

After awful previous dental experiences, I met Dr. Chung. She is so sweet, patient and understanding. She takes the time to explain procedures and makes sure I feel comfortable. Brenda is really good at explaining benefits and very informative. Kenya (sorry if misspelled) Dr. Chung’s dental assistant is also very helpful and patient with me. Never had a bad encounter with her or any of the staff. Thank you all for helping us that suffer with dental anxiety.

Came in for a chipped front tooth. I called on Saturday and they were able to get me in first thing Monday morning. I was there for less than 30 minutes and walked out with a fixed tooth. The new doctor is very kind and he explains everything well. You can tell he cares for his patients!!

My daughter had an appointment today with Julie and Dr. Aviv and it was a great experience all around! They were very kind and bubbly with her and talked to her about anything they were doing beforehand. Office staff is all polite and the building is extremely clean. We were in and out quickly and will definitely be coming here as our go-to for future appointments! In the words of my 4 year old: “they were nice, I liked it there”! 🙂

My husband, my son, and I all had our first appointments with the Hope Mills location this week. The office was well staffed with proactive, caring employees. This seems rare these days. A team of 3-4 people worked with each of us in securing the x-rays, checking gum health, the cleaning and the visit from the dentist. We are very satisfied with the level care received and the attention we were given. It was a refreshing experience!
