Patients must complete two cleanings per year, be in good oral health, and be clinically eligible for whitening as determined by a licensed Ideal Dental provider following a required exam. 21 years or older. Cannot be combined with other whitening promotions or discounts. Replacement gel outside of the routine schedule may incur a fee. Offer begins on 03/1/2026 and ends on 12/31/2026. Free Take-Home Whitening Kits for life are available to new guests at Ideal Dental, age 21 and older. Whitening kits are provided at the dentist’s discretion based on oral health and treatment needs after required dental treatment is completed. Guests must maintain ongoing hygiene care (minimum two six-month visits per year) and comply with all Ideal Dental policies, including payment and missed appointment rules. A maximum of two Take-Home Whitening Kits are provided per semi-annual hygiene visit, and lost or damaged trays will be replaced at the patient’s cost.
